Job summary

Hyder Property Management Professionals is seeking a thorough Maintenance Technician to preserve the good condition and functionality of a property consisting of 144 units. You will perform painting, plumbing, HVAC installations, landscaping and more, working autonomously while following health and safety guidelines.

You must be able to read, write and speak English, lift up to 50 pounds daily, and be prepared for after-hours emergencies; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform painting, plumbing, HVAC, landscaping and other maintenance tasks.
• Maintain 144 units and common areas; assist in preventive maintenance planning.
• Respond to tenant repair requests and manage work orders.
• Adhere to company safety policies and incident procedures.
• Update time cards daily and coordinate with the site manager.
