Responsibilities

• Meet with site manager weekly to discuss property needs and monthly budget.
• Assist in planning and implementing Preventive Maintenance Plans and semi-annual inspections.
• Prepare weekly work schedules and coordinate tasks to ensure timely completion of work orders.
• Respond to tenant repair requests and complete emergency repairs promptly.
• Maintain tools, equipment and inventory, and manage property-related expenditures.
