Job summary

The Morgan Group is seeking a dedicated maintenance team member to support our multifamily properties. You’ll perform a range of maintenance tasks, ensure safety, and deliver great resident service in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have High School or better, EPA Certification, and experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repairs. You’ll work with property teams to keep buildings well-maintained and compliant.

Qualifications

• High School education is required; EPA Certification is preferred or required.
• Experience in property maintenance or related field is preferred.
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance tasks is expected.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to Maintenance, Emergency Procedures, Leasing and Operations manuals and team handbook.
• Perform tasks safely and provide excellent customer service.
• Handle service requests, apartment turnovers, and assist outside vendors as needed by Lead Maintenance.
• Assist in maintenance across plumbing, carpentry, appliances, electrical, and painting.
