The Morgan Group is seeking a maintenance professional for our Houston-area property. You will perform maintenance tasks, monitor building systems, and ensure safety and compliance with company procedures.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 6 months of multi-family maintenance experience.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to work in a team.

Responsabilités

• Adhere to MORGAN’s Maintenance, Emergency Procedures, Leasing and Marketing, Management and Operations, manuals along with the Team Member Handbook.
• Monitor building systems, fire, electrical, security, elevators, etc. Report all unsafe areas to Lead Maintenance.
• Constantly inspect the community and report hazards to the Lead Maintenance.
• Conduct all work in compliance with OSHA and the MORGAN Operations manual.
• Maintain a workplace that adheres to safety standards.
• Respond to all service requests within 24 hours. Ensure that all service requests are completed correctly and in a timely manner.
• Ensure that all vacant units are market ready within 7 days.
• Assist to maintain a proper inventory of tools and supplies to maintain property and consistent with property budget.
