Job summary

The Bainbridge Companies, LLC is hiring a Maintenance Technician to manage day-to-day property upkeep under supervision. The role emphasizes safety compliance, curb appeal, and timely service requests to help renew and secure leases.

You will perform inspections, assist with supply management, and support a team to maintain the physical asset, while ensuring high levels of resident satisfaction and property cleanliness.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent required.
• Ability to fluently read and write English.
• Accurately perform intermediate mathematical.
• 1–2 years minimum experience in community maintenance or related trade.
• EPA Type I & II certification required.
• Pest control certification preferred if performed in house.

Responsibilities

• Attend and participate in technical training programs to maintain skills.
• Organize, prioritize and ensure service requests and repairs are timely.
• Inspect grounds, buildings and community features daily for curb appeal and safety.
• Assist with turnkey operations and with monitoring inventory of parts.
• Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures and safety policies.
• Maintain superior customer service relationships with residents and vendors.
• Communicate effectively with residents, coworkers, and the community.
• Support preventative maintenance programs in coordination with supervisors.
• Assist with budget adherence and cost control where directed.
• Work with the service team to maintain safety and compliance.
