Ideal candidates have apartment maintenance experience, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. On-site duties include emergency on-call and potential vehicle use.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related maintenance experience.
• Apartment community experience required.
• Proficient in drywall, lock changes, basic electrical, carpentry, plumbing.
• HVAC knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident service requests and manage work orders.
• Perform preventive maintenance and make-readies to ensure units are move-in ready.
• Maintain safety and curb appeal; assist with vehicle duties as needed.
• Repair and maintain plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, flooring tasks.
• Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and inspections.
