• Property Maintenance – general maintenance; light electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting; light groundskeeping; appliance installation/maintenance; trash disposal; pool maintenance; more.
• Customer Service – front line service, professional appearance and positive resident interactions.
• What Can Be Improved? – assess items during work orders to help owners improve the property.
