Job summary

Real Property Management Miami Metro in Saint Joseph, MO is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep properties well-maintained and welcoming for residents.

You’ll perform general maintenance, light electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, groundskeeping, and appliance care, including pool upkeep, with a focus on timely, quality work. You'll collaborate with a collaborative team to handle work orders, improve properties between tenants, and ensure living spaces shine.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance or trades (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting).
• Valid driver’s license and digital literacy.
• Strong customer service and communication.

Responsibilities

• Property Maintenance – maintenance work including general maintenance; light electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting; light groundskeeping; light appliance installation/maintenance; trash/large object disposal; pool maintenance, and more.
• Customer Service – As a front line service team member, we want you to take pride in your appearance and how you interact with residents. A smile is part of the uniform.
• What Can Be Improved? – When you visit a property for a work order, you will have an opportunity to see other items that can be improved. This helps our residents love where they live and provides a view into property maintenance that helps our property owners improve the property.
