Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in a related field is required.
• REAC/HQS experience is preferred.
• Industry certifications in HVAC or similar are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and perform repairs for appliances and other building needs.
• Respond to all service requests and on-call emergencies in a timely manner.
• Prepare vacant apartments for new resident move-ins.

Education
