Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Maintenance Technician I to support daily property maintenance operations. You will perform routine inspections, assist with preventive maintenance, and manage apartment turnovers to ensure units are clean, safe, and ready for occupancy.

The role requires basic maintenance skills, the ability to use hand tools, and a proactive approach to safety and organization. You will work indoors and outdoors, in a fast-paced multi-family setting with other team members.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of general maintenance tasks.
• Previous experience in maintenance of multi-family residential properties.
• Ability to use basic hand tools safely.

• Reliable and punctual with good time management.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections of the grounds and common areas.
• Assist with preventive maintenance on equipment and building systems.
• Complete apartment turnovers and punch list items.
• Prepare units for move-in, ensuring apartments are clean and functional.
• Perform basic painting and caulking.
• Carry out general cleaning tasks related to maintenance.
• Complete minor maintenance repairs and respond to work orders promptly.
• Attend to snow and ice removal for safe access during winter.
• Maintain accurate records in the Maintenance Management System.
• Collaborate with vendors and team members as needed.
