Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus 1 year of relevant maintenance experience.
• Certificate from a maintenance trade/vocational school may substitute for experience.
• Valid Texas Driver's License with clean MVR and ability to be insured.

Responsibilities

• Performs minor electrical repairs inside/outside units (breakers, outlets, switches, disposals, ceiling fan changes, lighting).
• Performs carpentry repairs and exterior repairs, some tile work, interior repairs (holes in walls, door handle replacements).
• Performs interior/exterior painting including drywall preparation and wood staining/finishing.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent + 1 year maintenance experience
