Job summary

TRG Management Company, LLLP is seeking a hands-on Apartment Maintenance Technician to service our communities. You will perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry and HVAC tasks, handle preventative maintenance, and respond to on-call emergencies to keep facilities safe and comfortable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Minimum 2 years hands-on apartment maintenance experience (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
• EPA or CFC certification.

Responsibilities

• Prepare or assist in maintenance of offices—painting, carpet cleaning, general repairs.
• Hands-on maintenance of the property, including inspection and repair of interiors/exteriors.
• Install and repair electrical systems and components of machinery.
• Perform preventative maintenance and record findings in maintenance log.
• On-call emergency service as required.
• Maintain grounds and keep them free of trash and debris.
• Monitor mechanical equipment (water heaters, HVAC).
• Diagnose malfunctions and replace faulty components.
