TRG Management Company LLLP seeks a Maintenance Technician to join our property management team in Hialeah, FL. The Maintenance Technician plays a critical role in the operations of our communities, reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum two years hands-on apartment/maintenance experience (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
• EPA or CFC certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs hands-on maintenance of the property including inspections, repairs, and upkeep of offices and exterior areas.
• Installs and repairs electrical systems and components of machinery and equipment.
• Performs preventative maintenance and records findings in the maintenance log.
• Provides on-call emergency service as required.
• Works with maintenance staff to keep grounds clean and debris-free.
• Monitors mechanical equipment such as water heaters and HVAC units.
• Diagnoses malfunctioning equipment and replaces faulty wiring and components.
