Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of property maintenance experience.
• Experience troubleshooting appliances, plumbing, electrical, HVAC.
• Turn process for a large building and coordinate/manage vendors.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders and preventative maintenance following policies and safety codes.
• Perform make-ready inspections and prepare vacant units for leasing.
• Schedule vendors/contractors, manage parts, and track supplies.
• Document service requests accurately for records and reporting.
• Maintain grounds, common areas, and amenities; perform cleaning and painting as needed.
• Attend safety meetings and follow OSHA-related requirements.
