Job summary

Property Maintenance Co. is seeking a reliable Property Manager/Handyman to maintain and manage a commercial property.

The role is hands-on, detail-oriented, and requires comfort with a variety of maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, pool care, and coordinating outside contractors. You will regularly inspect for issues, keep records, and ensure the site is safe and well kept.

Qualifications

• Experience in property maintenance or handyman roles.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to work independently and solve problems.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, climbing, and working outdoors.
• Must be dependable, trustworthy, and take pride in quality work.
• Experience in property management is a plus. Pool maintenance certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day maintenance and upkeep of the property.
• Perform general handyman repairs and maintenance.
• Handle basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and other household repairs.
• Perform routine pool cleaning and maintenance, including checking water chemistry.
• Coordinate or supervise outside contractors when needed.
• Inspect the property regularly and identify maintenance issues before they become major problems.
• Keep the property, yard, and surrounding areas clean, safe, and well maintained.
• Respond to maintenance needs in a timely manner.
• Maintain basic records of repairs, supplies, and property issues.
