Job summary

Fulson Asset Management Company LLC is seeking a Property Maintenance staff to perform a variety of upkeep tasks across multiple properties. Duties include plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, and appliance repairs, with responsibility for safety and adherence to UPSC standards.

The role requires basic carpentry knowledge, a valid driver’s license, and at least 1 year of janitorial experience. You will coordinate with the Property Manager to maintain curb appeal and occupancy readiness.

Qualifications

• Education/Certification: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Knowledge of maintenance procedures; basic knowledge of carpentry.
• Experience: At least 1 year of janitorial experience preferred; valid driver’s license required.
• Skills/Abilities: Mechanical aptitude, communication, multi-tasking, attention to detail, organization, deadline adherence, problem solving; use of tools/equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform building maintenance: plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, appliance repair.
• Discuss and inspect issues with Property Manager.
• Coordinate maintenance schedule with Manager.
• Maintain inventory of tools and supplies; upkeep of equipment.
• Maintain site: buildings, common areas, health/safety per UPSC.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and pest control coordination.
