Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Service Technician in Santa Ana, CA. Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday, 9am–6pm, with a 40% housing discount for onsite staff.

Required: 1–2 years of property maintenance experience; EPA/CPO certifications preferred; affordable housing experience preferred. Responsibilities include completing work orders, performing preventive maintenance, handling the make-ready process for vacant units, inventory control, and timely documentation.

• EPA and CPO certifications preferred.
• Affordable housing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders and preventative maintenance.
• Remakes vacant homes for leasing and conducts pre-move inspections.
• Manages inventory, materials, and re-orders with supervision.
• Completes documentation to track service requests.
• Maintains grounds, amenities, and common areas; paints and cleans as needed.
• Supports cost-control by repairing rather than replacing parts when possible.
