Responsibilities include completing work orders, basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical tasks, lawn care, and daily site upkeep, with on‑call emergency maintenance as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED plus two years related maintenance experience; training/experience may substitute.

Responsibilities

• Complete maintenance work orders promptly.
• Use basic hand tools to perform daily tasks.
• Operate machinery and power tools required for maintenance.
• Identify hazards and notify management promptly.
• Perform minor carpentry (doors, drywall, blinds, paint).
• Perform minor plumbing, electrical, and appliance work.
• Conduct routine lawn and site maintenance.
• Follow company policies and safety guidelines.
