Job summary

Megan Properties Management is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform a variety of upkeep tasks across our properties. You will diagnose issues, perform repairs, and assist with preventive maintenance to keep units and common areas in top condition.

You will document activities, coordinate with the Property Manager, and help ensure compliance with safety and housing regulations while maintaining high resident satisfaction and property standards.

Qualifications

• General maintenance experience including appliance repair and drywall/painting.
• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot maintenance issues.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws.
• Physical ability to perform maintenance duties.

Responsibilities

• Complete service requests in a timely manner with safety as a priority.
• Diagnose and perform minor and routine maintenance/repair.
• Document work performed on service request forms.
• Communicate findings with the Property Manager for proactive maintenance.
