Job summary

Megan Properties Management is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to perform a range of repairs and routine maintenance. The role emphasizes health and safety in completing service requests, documenting work, and communicating findings to the Property Manager.

You will support grounds upkeep and regular site inspections to keep properties in top condition. Responsibilities include coordinating with the Property Manager on proactive maintenance, assisting with inspections during move-ins,

Qualifications

• General maintenance experience including appliance repair, carpentry, plumbing, and painting.
• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot maintenance issues.
• Familiarity with Fair Housing Laws.
• Physically able to perform maintenance duties.

Responsibilities

• Complete service requests timely with safety priority.
• Diagnose and perform minor maintenance and repairs.
• Document work performed on service requests accurately.
• Coordinate with Property Manager to proactive maintenance.
• Assist with grounds upkeep and site inspections.
• Coordinate with Property Manager for move-ins and vendor scheduling.
• Monitor contractors to ensure quality and safety compliance.
• Inspect HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems regularly.
