Job summary

Megan Properties Management is seeking an experienced maintenance professional to oversee operations across three properties. The role requires diagnosing and repairing issues promptly while documenting activities and prioritizing safety.

You will coordinate with the Property Manager and contractors to maintain a high standard of property conditions. The position emphasizes hands-on maintenance across electrical, plumbing, HVAC (if licensed), carpentry, and preventative tasks, with after-hours

Qualifications

• General maintenance experience including appliance repair, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, drywall/painting.
• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot maintenance issues.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Fair Housing Laws.

Responsibilities

• Oversee three properties and prioritize health and safety requests.
• Document work on the service request form accurately.
• Identify issues and communicate with the Property Manager for proactive maintenance.
• Inspect interior and exterior areas to ensure regulatory compliance and standards.
• Coordinate with Property Manager and contractors; manage after-hours emergencies.
• Order materials and supplies within the site budget; maintain shop organization.
• Prepare vacant units and assist with move-ins and tours.
