Job summary

Megan Properties Management is seeking a skilled maintenance professional to handle a variety of building repair duties and routine upkeep across properties. You will diagnose issues, perform repairs, and document work while coordinating with the Property Manager on proactive maintenance strategies.

The role emphasizes health and safety prioritization, timely service completion, and collaboration with residents and vendors to maintain high property standards.

Qualifications

• General maintenance experience including appliance repair, light carpentry, plumbing/electrical, and drywall/painting.
• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot maintenance issues.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws.
• Physically able to perform maintenance duties.

Responsibilities

• Complete service requests in a timely manner prioritizing health and safety.
• Diagnose and perform minor and routine maintenance repairs.
• Document work performed accurately on the service request form.
• Identify issues and liaise with Property Manager for proactive maintenance.
