Hirebridge is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Plano, TX. The role involves addressing a wide range of apartment and property maintenance tasks under the direction of the maintenance supervisor and property manager, with a strong emphasis on customer service and curb appeal.

Responsibilities include performing repairs across electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, HVAC, and grounds, maintaining the work order system, and ensuring safety and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 1 year of experience in property management or related field.
• Possess general maintenance and general carpentry skills.

Responsibilities

• Address an array of apartment and property maintenance duties as directed by the maintenance supervisor and/or property manager.
• Perform repairs to electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, HVAC, and grounds maintenance.
• Maintain work order system and ensure timely completion to company standards and resident satisfaction.
• Inspect property grounds, buildings, and common area amenities for safety and cleanliness.
• Assist with property emergencies and after-hours maintenance assignments.
• Promote safety and risk management according to rules and regulations.
• Maintain professional demeanor and promote a positive relationship with residents.
