Job summary

RAM Partners, LLC is seeking a maintenance technician to uphold the physical integrity of our multi-family properties across the United States. The position requires attention to detail, timely completion of work orders, and basic computer skills.

A valid driver’s license and EPA HVAC certification are preferred. We offer $19.50 per hour, plus bonuses per the property commission structure, and a robust benefits package including PTO, holidays, medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with match, and life

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree a plus.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• EPA HVAC certification preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Flexible schedule including weekends.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Completes work orders in a timely manner based on priority.
• Completes make readies.
• Maintaining property grounds and common areas.
• Preventative maintenance.
• Maintain a clean and well-organized shop and other work areas.
• Provide a parts and material list needed weekly.
• Assist in coverage of emergency calls with teammates.
• Demonstrate customer service to residents, staff, and vendors.
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned by manager.
