Job summary

Omninet Capital, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform apartment and property maintenance across Houston properties. You will work with the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager to uphold safety, curb appeal, and resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities include repairs (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry), general upkeep, emergency response, and maintaining work orders, while ensuring safety and Fair Housing compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least one year of experience in the property management industry or related field.
• HVAC certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of maintenance tasks including electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, HVAC, and grounds upkeep.
• Maintain the work order system and ensure completion to company standards and resident satisfaction.
• Respond to property emergencies and participate in after-hours maintenance as needed.
• Promote safety and compliance with local, state, and company policies, including Fair Housing laws.
• Interact professionally with residents and foster positive relationships across properties and agencies.
