Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Schedule and complete preventative maintenance of units.
• Perform plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and drywall repairs as needed.
• Maintain property by reporting issues and assisting with cleanup and landscaping.
• Prioritize resident service requests and ensure timely completion.
• Operate general maintenance tools and safety equipment.
