Job summary

Kittle Property Group Inc, located in Columbus, OH, seeks a Maintenance Technician to provide on-site maintenance at Riverside Trails. You will handle repairs, seasonal tasks, and resident support while representing the company professionally.

Qualifications include a High School diploma or GED, basic math, and familiarity with MS Outlook and Word. HVAC/EPA certification is a plus; reliable, detail‑oriented candidates are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, speak and interpret basic instructions and simple correspondence.
• Basic math skills: add, subtract, multiply, and divide by 10s and 100s.
• Strong reasoning skills with ability to follow written or oral instructions.
• Familiarity with MS Outlook and MS Word is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor maintenance expenses and ensure they stay within budget.
• Inspect community grounds each morning.
• Perform painting, cleaning, and maintenance of vacant units.
• Complete maintenance requests promptly.
• Prepare vacant units for occupancy and conduct preventative maintenance.
• Maintain landscaping and perform snow removal as needed.
• Supervise contractors on-site and provide emergency support after hours.
