Job summary

CCI is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain, repair, and clean equipment, buildings, and grounds of our facility. You will apply carpentry, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, painting, and other skills to keep systems functional and safe.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of maintenance technician experience.
• Knowledge of basic maintenance (painting, carpentry, drywall, plumbing, electrical, etc.).
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Computer literacy required.
• HVAC certificate is helpful but not required.
• A valid and current driver's license is required for this position.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily inspections of grounds, parking lots, and common areas.
• Repair minor issues in buildings and foundations, including roofs, ceilings, walls, floors, basements, and mechanical systems.
• Immediately report any health, safety, or hazardous situations to management.
• Monitor maintenance supplies and procure them when necessary.
• Utilize a range of skills including carpentry, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, painting, and more to conduct maintenance, repairs, and preventative measures.
