Job summary

Cirrus Asset Management is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform routine upkeep on the Centennial East property (240 units). You will handle preventive maintenance, repairs, and safety checks to keep the property in top condition.

Responsibilities include completing work orders, turning over units quickly, and ensuring health and safety standards. Monday–Friday 8am–5pm with rotating on-call weekends and after hours as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience as a maintenance technician or similar role.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Attention to safety procedures and building codes.
• HVAC, CMRP or related certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders within designated time frame.
• Complete turnover on all apartments within 5 days of move out.
• Survey buildings and repair systems to meet health and safety standards.
• Perform maintenance of electrical systems (bulbs, sockets, panels).
• Maintain and repair plumbing and heating components.
• Prepare and paint interior and exterior surfaces.
• Maintain and repair locks, doors, and controllers.
• Document work performance and materials procurement as directed.
