Job summary

Fitch Irick Corporation in Angier, NC seeks a Maintenance Technician for day-to-day property maintenance across assigned sites. You will respond to requests, perform turnovers, and maintain grounds, amenities, and buildings in accordance with Fitch Irick’s standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Physically demanding with heavy lifting up to 100+ pounds.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Travel up to 50% may be required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, clean, and maintain property grounds, buildings and amenities.
• Schedule and complete preventative maintenance programs.
• Respond to maintenance requests and complete unit turnovers.
• Document safety logs and report incidents per OSHA and Fitch Irick policies.
• Ensure proper care and inventory of maintenance supplies.
