Qualifications

• Familiarity with hand-held tools and equipment.
• Must have own hand tools.
• Deadline and detail-oriented.
• Ability to handle physical workload.
• Electrical knowledge or certification helpful.
• Experience working with boiler and cooling towers preferred.
• Customer Service attitude.

Responsibilities

• Repair major and minor issues with equipment and buildings.
• Grounds work; maintain common areas indoor/outdoor.
• Snow removal and after-hours emergency maintenance.
• Complete maintenance and repair work orders promptly.
• Order and replace broken parts or equipment.
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace.
• Prepare vacant apartments for new residents.
• Painting, drywall, plumbing, electrical and flooring repairs.
• On-call as needed; perform other duties as assigned.
