Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance or related field preferred.
• Familiarity with hand-held tools and equipment; must have own hand tools.
• Deadline- and detail-oriented work ethic.
• Ability to handle physical workload.

Responsibilities

• Repair major and minor issues with equipment and buildings.
• Grounds work; maintain all common areas inside and outside as needed.
• Snow removal and after-hours emergency maintenance.
• Complete maintenance and repair work orders promptly.
• Order and replace broken parts or equipment.
• Maintain a clean and safe work space.
• Prepare vacant apartments for new residents.
• Paint, drywall repair, plumbing, electrical and flooring tasks.
• On-call as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
