Job summary

Cirrus Asset Management in Colorado Springs is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform on-site repairs and preventive maintenance across our apartment properties. You will complete work orders within set timeframes, survey buildings, repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing systems, and perform painting and door/lock maintenance.

The role requires at least 1 year of maintenance experience, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 1 year of maintenance experience required.
• Must be able to travel to and from as needed.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• HVAC or related certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders within designated time frame.
• Complete turnover on apartments within 5 days of move-out.
• Survey buildings and repair mechanical systems for health and safety.
• Perform maintenance of electrical systems (bulbs, sockets, panels).
• Maintain and repair plumbing and heating components.
• Prepare, prime, and paint building interiors/exteriors.
• Maintain and repair locks, doors, and controllers.
• Document work performance and materials procurement.
