Job summary

The Scion Group LLC is seeking a diligent Facilities Maintenance Technician to keep our properties in top condition in Tempe, AZ. You will perform routine maintenance, repairs, and preventive tasks, ensuring safety and tenant satisfaction while coordinating with the Facilities team.

We require a high school diploma or GED, a CPO or plan to obtain it within six months, reliable communication, and a valid driver’s license. Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and stand all day is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) or willingness to obtain within six months.
• Strong communication and safety awareness, reliable and punctual.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel when required.
• Ability to stand 8 hours and lift up to 100 lbs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain property condition per SOPs, OSHA and industry standards.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs to keep apartments ready on time.
• Document work performed, parts used, and follow up needs daily.
• Assist in after-hours emergencies and coordinate with vendors/properties teams.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and professional appearance on-site.
