Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Complete service requests in a safe and timely manner.
• Make turn-key repairs to prepare vacant homes for rent.
• Respond to resident requests and resolve issues with quality service.
• Assist with emergencies and promote safe work practices.
• Drive company vehicle when required.
• May supervise outside vendors or contractors.
• Occasional weekend work for events or emergencies.
• Other duties as assigned.
