Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing and general maintenance.
• Complete service requests safely and timely.
• Prepare vacants for rent readiness in a timely manner.
• Respond to resident requests and resolve issues.
• Assist with emergencies and promote safe work practices.
• Drive company vehicle as needed.
• May supervise outside vendors or contractors.
• Occasional weekend work for events or emergencies.
• Adhere to laws and company standards.
