Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in the maintenance field.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems; ability to read manuals.
• Skilled in using hand and power tools for repairs and maintenance.
• Basic leadership principles with ability to work independently or in a team.
• Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Familiarity with property management software such as RealPage Maintenance Facilities.
• Basic proficiency in English for effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Maintain interior and exterior appearance of buildings and property.
• Complete unit turnovers within 3 days of move-out.
• Perform painting and preventative maintenance per schedule.
• Assist in apartment and systems inspections.
• Respond to work orders and document details in OneSite.
• Address maintenance emergencies, including after-hours and weekends.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues.
