At Inclusive Housing Resources (IHR), our Maintenance Technicians keep our homes safe, functional, and well‑maintained for individuals with developmental disabilities. You'll work a predictable weekday schedule, receive clear work orders, and have the support and tools needed to do the job right.

Pay and Schedule

• Pay: $20-$30/hour (based on experience)
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30am-3:30pm
• Support: paid training, company vehicle & tools, full benefits, purpose‑driven work

What You'll Do

• Maintain a professional and respectful presence when working in occupied homes

What We're Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1+ years of hands‑on residential or building maintenance experience with consistent employment history
• Practical knowledge in two or more skilled trades
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical, hands‑on work
• Proven record of reliable attendance and completing work as scheduled
• Valid driver's license (fewer than 6 points) and ability to pass a background check
