Job summary

Integrityamc in Texas seeks a Service Technician responsible for maintaining the community's physical integrity and ensuring clean, well-maintained living environments for residents, visitors and staff. This role reports to the supervisor and handles preventive maintenance as assigned.

Responsibilities include performing routine electrical, plumbing, A/C and appliance maintenance, keeping tools in good condition, updating maintenance records, and addressing safety hazards promptly to preserve

Qualifications

• A High School diploma or GED.
• Three (3) years of property maintenance experience.
• Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician (CAMT) or Certified Pool Operator (CPO) encouraged but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the physical property and ensure safe, well-maintained living environments for residents, visitors and staff.
• Perform routine maintenance on electrical, plumbing, A/C and heating systems, appliances, and other facilities.
• Schedule and perform minor and routine maintenance on all appropriate equipment and inspect tools.
• Keep accurate records of preventative maintenance and work orders as part of property management.
