Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our property management team, covering a portfolio of residential properties across Pittsburgh. You'll work alongside a small team of techs, each responsible for roughly 50-70 units, with some collaboration on larger jobs and occasional rotation to other properties.

Responsibilities include routine maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems; inspections for structural damage; basic unit turns; stocking

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
• Must be available for on-call rotation, including nights and weekends.
• Strong work ethic, communication, time management, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Walkthrough each shift, pick up trash, inspect for unauthorized activity, and clean around dumpster areas.
• Perform routine maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems; repair as needed.
• Inspect buildings for structural damage and perform repairs.
• Handle basic unit turns between tenants.
• Order and stock supplies for the maintenance storeroom.
• Keep records of repairs and service history.
• Develop and execute preventative maintenance plans.
• Handle additional maintenance tasks as needed.
