The role requires knowledge in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and hands-on maintenance experience. A professional appearance and reliable on-call availability are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Ability to operate various hand tools including power tools.
• Knowledge in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.
• Property maintenance/handyman experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily repair and upkeep of property and prepare vacant units for occupancy.
• Maintain and inventory supplies and equipment.
• Ensure necessary tools are on hand.
• Report unusual or extraordinary property or resident issues.
• Maintain a professional uniform and appearance.
• Follow OSHA standards and safety policies at all times.
• Be available to work on an on-call basis.
• Secure maintenance shops at close of day.
• Remove snow and ice as needed.
• Respond to eviction-related lock-outs and 24-hour service requests.
