Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency.
• Minimum of two years’ general experience in building trades.
• Bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair plumbing issues such as leaks, clogs, and toilets.
• Troubleshoot and fix electrical problems including outlets, lighting, and wiring.
• Service HVAC systems and address heating/cooling and air filtration issues.
• Perform basic carpentry repairs such as doors, cabinets, drywall patches, and trim.
• Address appliance malfunctions and perform minor painting/touch‑ups.
• Maintain safety compliance and document repairs and parts.
