Job summary

Lakeshore Management in Northfield, MN is seeking an Entry Maintenance Technician to perform a variety of repairs across residential properties. You will handle plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry and general upkeep while responding to resident service requests.

This role requires a High School diploma and at least two years' experience in building trades; bilingual abilities are preferred. The position is full-time with day shifts and on-site work.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of two years’ general experience in building trades.
• Bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair plumbing, electrical, and HVAC issues.
• Perform basic carpentry repairs and general maintenance tasks.
