Qualifications

• Literate with basic reading and writing abilities.
• Experience in general apartment maintenance and repairs.
• Ability to repair appliances and perform light carpentry, plumbing and electrical work.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and maintaining a safe work environment.
• Reliable, steady and able to work under deadline pressure.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and complete daily work orders in occupied units.
• Perform maintenance on occupied units per work orders and prepare move-in units.
• Coordinate with manager on outside contractors for major replacements.
• Maintain inventory and report needs to Maintenance Supervisor.
• Keep accurate time and notes on each work order.
