Job summary

Holland Partner Group in Bothell, WA seeks an organized Maintenance Technician II to maintain the Villas at Beardslee. You will perform diversified duties ensuring cleanliness, safety, and functionality across the property, adhering to Holland’s core values.

Requires at least one year in property maintenance or related trade, with willingness to work varied hours. Strong customer service and ability to operate in outdoor conditions are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year in property management maintenance or related trade.
• Six months at Holland in a maintenance role may count toward 1 year experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain property condition per standards.
• Paint vacant units to rent-ready condition.
• Maintain common areas, models, and office spaces.
• Manage inventory of supplies and tools for unit turns.
• Complete unit turns and service requests per standards.
• Follow preventative maintenance programs and safety guidelines.
• Assist in safety inspections.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and coworkers.
• Represent the company professionally at all times.
