Kushner is hiring a Property Maintenance Technician to keep our residences safe, functional, and inviting. You will tackle repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry, ensuring timely make-readies for residents and following up with preventative maintenance.

We value hands-on problem solving, reliable performance, and a customer-focused approach when assisting residents and team members. A valid driver's license is required, with on-call rotations for emergencies.

Qualifications

• Experience: 1-3 years of property maintenance, handyman work, or a related field.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and appliance repairs; Certifications are a plus.
• License: A valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Be the Fix-It Pro! Handle a wide range of repairs from plumbing and electrical work to HVAC and appliance maintenance.
• Keep it Pretty! Complete painting, carpentry, and general upkeep tasks to make the property shine.
• Tackle Emergencies! Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies; work a rotating on-call schedule.
• Stay Ahead! Perform preventative maintenance to keep equipment and systems in top shape.
• Collaborate! Work with the property management team to prioritize repairs and plan larger projects.
• Wow Residents! Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing maintenance concerns promptly and professionally.
