Qualifications

• 2-3 years of general labor experience including groundskeeping, landscaping, and property maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Plumbing work: repair/replace faucets and toilets, diagnose water leaks.
• Electrical work: install/repair light fixtures, GFCIs, outlets.
• Oversee curb appeal and groundskeeping to Riverstone Communities’ standards.
• Complete clean outs of homes.
• Finish work orders efficiently and promptly.
• Read water meters for each home.
• Perform day-to-day duties with minimal supervision.
• Adhere to safety laws and regulations.
• Inventory checks on equipment and supplies.
• Take online training and virtual classes.
