Advenir Azora Living is hiring a Service Tech II to perform maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry, ensure HVAC runs smoothly, and assist with move-in prep, renovations and preventative maintenance. This role supports tenant satisfaction and lease renewals, with a clear path toward Assistant Service Manager or Service Manager roles.

The position requires 1–3 years of property management experience and EPA Universal Certification.

Formación

• 1–3 years of property management experience.
• EPA Universal Certification required.
