Job summary

Inframark LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician I to inspect, maintain, and repair property assets with a strong emphasis on concrete work. The role requires hands-on upkeep across multiple trades and adherence to safety and quality standards.

You will respond to maintenance reports, perform tasks in mechanical, carpentry, painting, masonry, and other general maintenance areas, and assist with documentation using digital tools while supporting 24/7 on-call needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver's License (Class B CDL preferred).
• Experience with concrete work required.
• Familiarity with hand and power tools and basic measuring devices.

Responsibilities

• Respond to maintenance reports and complete tasks within defined timing and quality requirements.
• Perform mechanical, carpentry, painting, masonry and other general maintenance tasks.
• Install and repair signs, perform pressure washing of sidewalks, pool decks, rails, and other structures.
• Maintain files and records of work orders using iPad.
• Willingness to work all shifts, including weekends, holidays and on-call emergencies.
