Job summary

Lynd Management Group, LLC is seeking a dependable Maintenance Technician to perform general maintenance and repairs across a multifamily property in San Antonio. You will respond to resident service requests, diagnose issues, and perform preventive maintenance to keep the property in top condition.

The ideal candidate is hands-on, customer-focused, with 1–3 years of experience in facility or multifamily maintenance.

Qualifications

• Respond to resident service requests and complete work orders on time.
• Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems and perform preventive maintenance.
• Perform plumbing repairs and fix leaks or clogs.
• Carry out minor electrical repairs and replace fixtures.
• Repair appliances, doors, walls, flooring, and other features.
• Paint, touch up, and complete make-ready tasks.
• Maintain an inventory of tools, parts, and supplies.
• Demonstrate strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.
• Basic computer and mobile device use for work orders.
• EPA and safety certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain pools and common areas and keep records of service.
• On-call rotation and after-hours emergency response.
